YLonne Fullen Swails serves as the Treasurer of the National HBCU Alumni Alliance, Inc. and is a graduate of West Virginia State University (WVSU). She holds a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Marshall University. She previously served on the Executive Board of the WVSU National Alumni Association and as the WVSU Southern Region Director.

YLonne is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; Life Member of the WVSU National Alumni Association; Chair of the Family Support Committee for the NW Metro Habitat for Humanity; and a member of the Atlanta Catholic Cursillo Organization.

During her successful and rewarding career as a Sales and Marketing Executive with IBM, YLonne is certified Sales Advisor and Coach. She leverages her background in education to mentor and coach motivated IBM sales professionals.
