Sam Washington is the Vice President of the National HBCU Alumni Alliance, Inc. and a graduate of Alcorn State University. As VP, Sam is key to strategic development and membership expansion of the organization’s brand. Sma is also essential to corporate engagement and brand management with our national community partners.

Sam has been an advocate for the African American community for more than 30 years and continues to serve in influential roles in several organizations. He has succeeded at merging major corporate partners with small non-profit organizations to address social disparities in the African American community. He finds the most pride in seeking out community partners that share the goals and values of the Alliance — those that focus on Health/ Wellness, Hunger, and Higher Education for underserved communities.
