Rev. Robert Brooks, III is the Parliamentarian of the National HBCU Alumni Alliance, Inc. and is a graduate of Fort Valley State University. Robert holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary; a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Technology from Webster University; and a Bachelor of Science in Music from FVSU.

He has served in community activities throughout the United States and overseas in many capacities. Currently, Robert serves as under shepherd at People’s Union Baptist Church King George, VA. He is the District Five Representative for the FVSU National Alumni Association, Inc. Robert previously served as Vice President for the DC Metro HBCUAA; President of the Washington, DC Metro Area Alumni Chapter, FVSU National Alumni Association, Inc.; and President of the American Community Verona, Italy. Robert is a proud member of the Phi-Beta-Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the Phi-Mu-Alpha Music Fraternity, Inc.
